This is the first
This is a blog, about fitness, and making it last. i am a mother of two, i had them both within two years and my body is NOT thanking me, i'm currently on a 1600 cal a day "diet" really i'm just trying to make healthy choices, and get my body to a somewhat normal weight, as of now i stand at 5'2" and my weight is 204.0 i've dropped 40lbs since the birth of my daughter in feb.2009, and hope to continute this path until i reach my goal. My Goal at this point is to lose ten pounds a month, through diet, exercise and making wise choices. so bear with me on this journy, route me on, as i daily blog about the trials, tribulations and good things to come from this transformation.
